By purchasing at any given moment, you agree that you have read the TOS at the time of the shop.
Refunds;
1.1 - Payments will not be refunded if any items has been completed by the admin and or they have been given.
1.2 - Any type of fraud will immediately get you banned from all of our communities / servers. (also your tribe members)
1.3 - If you are banned from the servers for rule breaking, we reserve the rights to refuse a refund. Please if you are willing to purchase to our servers, stick to the rules.
Items Lost;
2.1 - Any items lost due to ARK bugs, DDoS Attacks or Rollbacks are entirely out of our control and we reserve the rights to replace at our own digression.
2.2 - If you believe your items should be compensated, you must have clear video recordings of exactly how the item was lost.
2.3 - When a server wipes, you will not hold onto any of your digital purchases. They will wipe with the server!
Other;
3.1 - We reserve the rights to adjust these TOS at our own digression at any given time.
3.2 - Shop Credit is for the following season. If we ever end our servers, any credit would be discarded. (This applies to lifetime packages)
3.3 - Purchases are instant. However in some very rare occasions they may not be. If a purchase fails to complete it will retry every minute until you receive the package. DO NOT LOG OUT.
